Delivery Charges

* Although we can normally process orders within 60-90 minutes, we are required to book our courier for next day delivery by noon at the latest. Therefore we must ask that all orders and payment for next day delivery are received by us by 11:30am at the latest. Please note the next day courier service is for delivery on Monday to Friday only. If you require delivery on a Saturday please phone us on 0115 940 5550 for a quotation.

** As International postage rates are totally dependant upon the weight of the packed goods and the destination, we cannot quote the postage costs in advance. On receipt of your order we will establish the cost and e-mail you. You have the option to either accept this cost, or cancel the order without incurring any penalty.

Payment options

On-line Payment

On-line payment is accepted via an approved credit card on this secure website, or via Paypal. Mainland UK Customers choosing the online payment option will be charged delivery at the rates shown above.

Overseas customers should select the offline payment method and phone to establish delivery charges.

Off-line payment

Customers choosing to purchase off-line should complete their order through the checkout selecting offline payment before submitting their order. Once submitted call us to arrange payment method and delivery. You can reach us on 0115 984 1555 (UK) (+44 115 984 1555 for International callers) between 9.00am and 5.00pm GMT Monday to Saturday inclusive.

Offline purchasers have the choice of a number of payment methods as follows:

• Payment can be made by telephone with any approved credit card.
• Simply Reserve and Collect from CRUSADER PARTY's Nottingham showroom, our opening hours are Monday to Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm, please click here for directions. Products not paid for will be set aside for customers to collect and pay on collection for a period of 48 hours. Paid for products will be retained until collected.
• Pay by Cheque on a UK bank or Postal Order sent through the post. Products will be dispatched or available for collection within one working day of cleared funds being received in our bank. (Please allow 4-7 days for a UK bank cheque to be cleared)
