To help combat the spread of Coronavirus and protect our workforce and customers, we are only processing and dispatching orders on Monday, Wednesday and Friday.

For the time being, we are unable to offer a collection service and next working day deliveries will be affected, as detailed below.

Delivery

Delivery prices and delivery information is available from the basket page once you have product(s) in your basket (prices are dependent on the product(s) and destination).

Free UK Delivery

We offer free UK delivery (2-4 working days with a tracking number) on orders of £20 or more.

Next Working Day

We offer an expedited next working day delivery via our trusted couriers.

• Mainland UK only (for highlands and islands please contact us)
• Order and payment must be received by 11 am
• Dispatch is Monday, Wednesday and Friday only (excluding bank holidays)
• Delivery is Tuesday, Thursday and Monday only (excluding bank holidays)
• Orders placed at the weekend will be dispatched Monday, delivered Tuesday (excluding bank holidays)

Guaranteed Delivery

Please note that Royal Mail Tracked deliveries are not guaranteed, therefore, if your delivery doesn't arrive within the estimated time frame, monies paid for delivery are non-refundable. If you require a guaranteed delivery, please contact us for a quotation prior to placing your order.

International

International postage rates are dependent upon the weight of the packed goods and the destination country. Customers should also be aware that goods may be subject to import duties and taxes. These vary from country to country and cannot be estimated by us prior to shipping.
